When I think of aliens, my mind always flashes back to a pair of big dark eyes which reminds me of the famous alien character, E.T. and Stockman Fly, a mutant antagonist in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. The latter isn't an alien but he is a hybrid of a fly and a human and he inspires me to build my extraterrestrial lifeforms through analysing the physical appearances of insects though some of them already feel out of this world. To make my characters feel more outer-space, I also fuse physical traits of flowers into the designs.
